WHAT ARE LAINIE'S LAUGHTER YOGA CLASSES?
In her Online Individual and Group classes and consultations,
Lainie shares her teaching of laughter, breathing and music techniques through her experience as a singer, artist and Laughter Yoga teacher.
She brings this to all of her classes/sessions with individuals and groups.

Lainie teaches these classes, sessions to numerous Individuals and Groups,
including working with
mental health groups, seniors at memory care and assisted living centers,
active military and veterans, special needs groups,
at hospitals and colleges,
and adults and children with mental and physical disabilities.

Via Zoom: Lainie's Zoom Laughter Yoga classes are about 30+ minutes total.
20-25 minutes of Breathing-movement exercises
Followed by rest + Q&A's + Health Benefits and talk time.
