Lainie teaches Laughter Yoga to numerous groups and individuals, including working with mental health groups, seniors at memory care and assisted living centers, active military and veterans, special needs groups, at hospitals and colleges, and adults and children with mental and physical disabilities.

HOUSTON LAUGHTER YOGA DESCRIPTION:
Houston, we have laughter! Stressbuster Tools for Real Life ~ Healing with Laughter Yoga: Let go and go with the flow in these breathing-movement exercises for people of all professions, ages, and abilities. Learn about the healing power of breathing to release emotions including anger, stress, grief, joy and forgiveness. Laughter yoga oxygenates the brain and the body, greatly strengthens the immune system, and restores joy and well-being. There are no on-the-floor exercises. No yoga mats, special exercise clothing, or sense of humor required!
ABOUT LAINIE'S LAUGHTER YOGA WORK:
It is a joy to begin the first public Laughter Yoga classes in Houston & also through The Jung Center and Houston Public Library. I believe in providing it to the community. I began practicing and was certified in New York City by Vishwa Prakash. I am a classical music singer (Soloist singing includes Lincoln Center/Carnegie Hall) I bring my knowledge of the physiology of breathing and movement exercises to teach all people.
