THROUGH THE YEARS, I AM FREQUENTLY ASKED:
WHAT IS LAUGHTER YOGA?
Are you Just Laughing? The Answer: No.
We are not just laughing! And yes, we do need to regain our laughter and a sense of humor!
We Learn How To Breathe and move: which utilizes breathing, and laughter.
These exercises release pain (and pain management for physical health) joy, grief, anger, problems,
issues...you name it!
